Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days during our standard operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (SGT).
Please note: We do not process or ship orders on  non working days, weekends or public holidays.

 

Speedpost Delivery Shipping
Delivery via Speedpost is available at a flat rate of S$2.50.

Enjoy free shipping via Speedpost delivery on orders over S$80.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped within 2 business working day.A tracking number will be sent to your email. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from the date of shipment.

 

Please kindly note:
In the event of any wrong delivery address provided by the buyer, it is likely that the parcel will be returned back to the sender (CamelBak Singapore). For such situations, we will follow up with you whether to cancel the order or proceed with shipping.

For order cancellation, the refund amount will be the amount paid less the shipping fees (if any). If proceeding with order, we will contact you to liaise regarding the amount payable for shipping fees.

 

We also wish to highlight that we do not take responsibility, if the item was sent to a valid address that was wrongly input by the buyer.

In-House Delivery
Shipping Cost: A flat fee of S$10 applies.

After your order has been processed, our delivery team will contact you directly to arrange doorstep delivery, typically within 2 to 5 business days.
