Refund policy

CamelBak Singapore has the right to void or amend any order.
By placing an order here, you acknowledge and agree that our decision regarding any return refund order is final, conclusive and binding and agrees that it will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against us in relation to such decision.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, brand new unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that CamelBak Singapore reserves the right to reject the return, if the item has been found to be used or damaged due to non-compliance to packaging guidelines or usage. Any used items are not eligible for refunds. As such, please ensure that the return method selected is arranged in accordance with our return guidelines.

Packaging guidelines:
For plastic bottles or other accessories - 2 layers of bubble wrap around the item and sealed in a polymailer

For stainless steel bottles or tumblers, 3 layers of bubble wrap around the item and sealed inside the carton box.


To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@camelbak.sg with your order number and reason of return. In the event where there is no follow up reply, please reach out to us at +65 8885 4628

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 601 Sims Drive #02-20 Pan-I Complex Singapore 387382.

Returns can be made through one of the following methods:

  • In-house pickup service (a $10 fee applies),

  • Mail return (borne by customer), or

  • In-person drop-off at our showroom.

Please be informed that we do not refund any shipping related fees paid, as the order has been deemed fulfilled upon order delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping you paid will not be reimbursed.

If you are shipping an item yourself, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Prior to the order We will liaise and request for the picture of the return parcel and tracking ID.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Regrettably, we are unable to process returns for sale items, products that do not comply with our return policy, complimentary gifts or promotional items, and merchandise purchased through third-party retailers. For such purchases, we kindly advise contacting the original retailer directly regarding their return procedures.

 

Stolen or lost items

In the event that an item from the parcel is lost or stolen during or after shipment, we are not responsible for replacing the order. We will do our best to liaise with the responsible couriers to see if any recourse is possible. However, if the items have been verified to have been delivered via tracking number, we are not responsible for replacing said items.

Exchanges

Exchanges for size and colour are permitted for the same product, subject to availability.  Should you wish to exchange for a different product, the replacement item must be equal or greater value, and any price difference shall be borne by the customer.

It is recommended to bring the exchange product at our showroom to faciliate a smooth exchange.

 

Refunds
Returns will be processed within 5 to 7 business days upon receipt at our showroom.
Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
A confirmation email will be sent upon processing, and it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
