Size and Colour Exchanges Size and color exchanges are available and applicable only for the same product, subject to stock availability In the event of exchanging to a different product, the new item has to be of similar/higher value of which the customer has to pay the difference.
Return Packaging Please note that all returns/exchanges must be securely packaged (wrapped with 2-3 layers of bubble wrap) and returned in original brand new condition (with tags/label attached).
For stainless steel bottles, please send it in a box and securely sealed.
All returns/exchanges that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and be held responsible by the customer. Please mail the item to us through a reliable company with trackable option and inform us via email us the tracking airwaybill when mailed out.
Refunds will be processed once the return have been received and confirmed to be in good condition. The refund should take 2-5 working days for the refund to be reflected on your bank account statement.
Notification of Return Returns/Exchanges must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 7 days from order fulfilment. To submit your returns/exchange request, contact us at info@camelbak.sg ; with your order number and product exchange information.
Postage Costs All postage costs incurred from returns/exchanges will be borne by the customer.

All SALE purchases are final and strictly non-exchange/refundable, unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight. In such circumstances, all postage incurred will be borne by us.
